Not all sales jobs are the same. Even within a single company, selling the same products, to the very same customers, two sales roles can require dramatically different personalities. For example, one role may need a business development type while another needs an account maintenance type. This is why a sales person with a successful track record in one sales role can sometimes be a very bad fit when put into a new sales role.
Once you sign up we conduct an analysis of your position based on information you would provide via our Job Profile Form. In addition to this we look at any other documentation, such as job descriptions or ads. One of the most powerful tools however, is to test a sampling of your currently successful salespeople. We analyze their test results for any common success factors and, along with the other pieces of information establish your Target Profiles. Near the beginning of each applicant report is a Suitability Rating. The Suitability Rating tells you how close the applicant matches your Target Profiles.

Our service includes establishing Target Profiles for as many jobs as you want. As well, we are available to discuss them at your convenience with a view to possible adjustment or clarification.
