You direct the applicant to our online test site and give them the password.
The applicant can take the test on any web enabled computer, anywhere in the world. This flexibility enables you to test people at any point during the hiring cycle; before the first interview, after and even during.
Once the applicant has completed the test you are instantly notified by email that the test has been taken and the report is available for viewing online.
Taking the test is fast and non-threatening. It is not timed but will generally take the applicant about 10 minutes to complete. When the applicant finishes and presses the 'submit' button our system instantly notifies you, and all other authorized managers, that the results are available online at our client website.
You log into your account at our client web site to view the test results.
Test results are available to you on any web enabled computer, anywhere in the world. You simply log in with your client password to view results. They may be printed, emailed or you may come back to view them again at any point in the future.
