The system functions in the exact manner for non-sales as sales. Each position is custom profiled to determine the target profiles (necessary characteristics of success) and each report has a suitability rating; the score of how closely the applicant matches the requirements of the position. As an example you would probably have completely different target profiles if you were testing for a sales manager vs. an accountant.
